Q: Why can I not customize some of the jewelry?

A: Unfortunately, some of the beads/charms are manufactured with certain metals. Therefore, we try to stay aligned with the metals used. For example, the Gimme Some Sugar’s are manufactured using a gold metal so we follow through on that color of metal. Wherever possible we attempt to make all offered designs customizable; we'll drill holes, replace metals, saw off metal pieces, and alladat good stuff.

Q: Why are there so many dogs on this website?

A: Handcrafting each and every pair of jewelry on this site means there are many hours of the day spent alone with my dog. To keep your attention and help you relate to the designer, we decided to involve the dogs in the website as they are/were a vital part of the team.

Q: Why do I have to submit a request for different materials to be used?

A: Since this shop is independently owned and run, we would hate to see you place an order for a specific item if we don’t have the materials on-hand. If you place an order for a pair of earrings that you need within a certain shipping timeline, then we would like to ensure you get it within that time. If a vital piece is backordered, then our ship date could be further out and not meet our expectation of providing you with excellent customer service, and that's just not cool in our book.
